Will my login for brands change?

Nope! Your HubSpot login details will remain unchanged.

Are brands a different HubSpot instance?

Nope! Brands are a form of organization within a HubSpot instance. It is not a separate HubSpot instance.

I assist in multiple countries, how will this affect me?

Staff members supporting in multiple countries should ensure their marketing activities are executed within the respective country brand. 

This practice is crucial for maintaining accurate reporting across the HubSpot instance.

I assist in Brokerage Operations + Marketing, will my HubSpot look different?

Staff members that are supporting Brokerage Operations and Marketing will work from distinct brands. Make sure to toggle between brands as needed.

    • When executing Marketing tasks, use the country-specific brand.
    • When executing Operational tasks, use the eXp International brand. 

Will my contacts be affected by brands?

Nope! Brands do not affect contacts. Previous contacts will be associated to your country-specific brand. 

When you create marketing assets in your brand, newly captured contacts will automatically associate to your brand.
